Optical Prism
Category : physics
Product Detail
An Optical Prism is a transparent, polyhedral object with polished flat surfaces that refract light. In a physics laboratory, the equilateral triangular prism is the standard tool for studying the dispersion of light and the angle of deviation.
Primary Function: To demonstrate how white light is separated into its constituent colors (the visible spectrum) and to measure the refractive index of glass using the minimum deviation method.
