Analog Multimeter

Product Detail
An Analog Multimeter is a classic measuring instrument used in electrical and physics labs to determine voltage, current, and resistance, displaying the results via a needle pointer moving across a calibrated scale. Unlike a digital meter, the analog version provides a smooth, continuous indication of the changing value, making it easier to observe trends, fluctuations, and peak values. The core of the meter is typically a sensitive moving coil galvanometer which is adapted for different functions using internal shunt resistors (for current measurement) and series resistors (for voltage measurement). While less precise than digital models, the analog multimeter is still valued for its ability to visually represent dynamic electrical phenomena and for use in situations where a continuous reading is preferred over a numerical snapshot.
